Our very first all vegetarian tasting took place on what I’m pretty sure was the hottest day of the summer. I’m certain Ben and I both had heat stroke by the end of it.

Done in conjunction with Flavorless, some of our guest were there to dine and then dance the night away, so we didn’t want anyone to leave the table feeling weighed down.

We kept everything light and casual with free flowing modelos, watermelon salad, and only one minor explosion.
